Our History
Park Avenue Floors prides itself on being a family-operated business.
From our humble beginnings back in the early 1960’s when Frank Martyr the original owner of Reservoir Floors run his fledgling business servicing Greater Melbourne.
When Frank retired the business had grown to include his daughter Kaylene and her husband Steve who now continue the family legacy in quality floor sanding and polishing as Park Avenue Floors.
